We all know that life these days would be much different without all the technological advancements we’ve been lucky enough to live through. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we decided to share our opinions on which technology we are the most thankful for! This is the tech that makes us gobble, fills our belly with joy and would make our life just awful without.

The piece of technology that I’m most thankful for is my Apple TV. It allows me to binge watch almost all of my favorite shows at any point in time. It periodically updates to add new apps and content (which is always a pleasant surprise.) Also, “Winter is Coming” and without my Apple TV I don’t know how I would feed my Game of Thrones addiction.

-Michelle

I’m most thankful for the video camera. If film wasn’t invented I wouldn’t be an animator right now!

-Annie

There are so many! My original answer would have been my Keurig… However, I just recently discovered how to use the talk to text feature in my car which is pretty awesome. Not only is it so much safer (never text and drive!), but it’s also entertaining to hear Siri verbally describe what emojis someone sent me. “L-O-L face with tears”

-Amy

My favorite piece of technology is the flute made from mammoth bones dating about 40,000 years old. It led to every technological advancement in music since and has helped make my favorite past time of seeing live music possible. We don’t normally think of old things when we think about technology which is silly but I think it’s really important to remember that even our oldest tools and creations were the iPhone’s of their era.

-Tim

Out of all pieces of technology that I own I am most thankful for my electronic car starter. It’s a very specific and small piece of technology but it allows me to start my car during the winter months from the warmth of my home.

-Sam

I wouldn’t say it’s a favorite piece of technology exactly. But I have to say that I am extremely thankful that maps and navigation have been seamlessly integrated into the smartphone that I carry with me daily. Getting anywhere is easy, and I can always estimate the time it’s going to take me to get anywhere.

-Greg

I’m most thankful for a GPS because without it I would be completely lost.

-Kelly

The Internet.
